It operates from sites in the UK, Poland and Czech Republic and is recognised for its technical expertise, strong customer relationships and commitment to quality and service.<\/p><p>The transaction represents a transition from long-standing family ownership and the start of a new phase for the business. Endless\u2019 investment will support Anochrome\u2019s next stage of development and growth.<\/p><p>The business will continue to be led by its existing senior management team, headed by Mark Jones, who will partner with Endless to deliver the Anochrome\u2019s growth strategy.<\/p><p>Long serving team members Steve Norman, Kev Walton and Pawel Jagustyn will support Mark in overseeing the six companies within the Group, Anochrome Limited, Anotec, Inlex Locking, Wolverhampton Electro Plating, Anocote CR and Anocote PL.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Mark Jones, Group Chief Executive of Anochrome<\/strong>, commented: \u201cThis transaction represents not a change in direction, but an exciting new chapter built upon strong foundations.
