Anocote Ltd. CR, o.s. is proud to be part of the UK-based Anochrome Group, which specialises in a wide range of metal surface treatments. The British company was founded in 1946 and was the first to offer non-electrolytic galvanising using zinc microlamellas in the UK.
Anocote Ltd. CR, o.s. became the sixth company in the Group when it was founded in 2004 in Hradec Králové. The company is based in the former area of ČKD Plotiště nad Labem, which is developing at pace and is expected to become a significant industrial hotspot in the years to come. When the company started production it offered just one surface treatment: Dacromet. Now its production has expanded to all types of microlamellar zinc coatings (Zinc Flake Coatings – FlZn). Dacromet has since decreased in demand and instead Anocote Limited has obtained a license to coat all four major European and global FlZn paints: Magni Europe, NOF Metal Coatings, Doerken MKS and Atotech.
In addition to these industry-leading surface treatments, Anocote Ltd. CR, o.s. also offers mechanical and chemical threadlocking, which provide high resistance to spontaneous loosening of screws. The materials used have exceptional sealing properties and are impermeable to most common chemicals, including water, oils and lubricants.
The surface treatments produced by the company are used in construction, railway, aviation, automotive and electrical engineering industries. The automotive industry has been a growth industry with manufacturers not only requiring corrosion resistance but also other surface improvements, including friction coefficients, increased abrasion resistance and colour differentiation for specific parts. These additional qualities have been achieved through the development of specialist top coats. We meet requirements by offering complete services in the field of top coats and we’re able to provide almost all requirements for FlZn surfaces.
The advantage of FlZn over electrolytically applied coatings is that the strength bolts are not subject to the effect of hydrogen embrittlement and the corrosion resistance meets the high requirements of the automotive industry specifications.
Anocote Ltd. CR, o.s. ultilises dip spin for mass application of anti-corrosion protection to metal surfaces. Our new generation dip spin line minimises the problem of recess fill, whereby coating fills the heads of screws and some flat parts.
Our dip spin was launched in 2005 after the completion of the environmental impact approval processes. We also follow all environmental protection rules and regulations and the quality of production is ensured according to IATF 16949:2016 certification. We provide a 100% guarantee against hydrogen embrittlement for all strength bolts and springs treated with anti-corrosion systems, ensuring a resistance of 720-1000 NSS and higher according to requirements.
To celebrate 10 years in business, Anocote Ltd. CR, o.s. acquired a production line for manual spraying parts, providing suppliers with a greater range of high-quality products.
