Nylon locking systems
Anocote offers a wide range of pre-applied locking and sealing compounds, eliminating the need for secondary locking devices, manually applied liquid adhesives, or sealing tapes.
Among the products we offer are Blue and Red Nylon 11 versions, as well as other colours upon customer request.
This type of locking is supplied under the designations TUFLOK, ESLOK, as well as Blue Nylon Patch and Red Nylon Patch. TUFLOK, ESLOK a také Blue Nylon Patch a Red Nylon Patch.
Application is carried out in accordance with DIN 267-28 or according to customer requirements.

What types of nylon thread-locking systems does Anocote offer?
TUFLOK, ESLOK Blue and Red Nylon Patch 180
This anti-vibration locking system is a coloured variant of Nylon 11 with the property of permanent adhesion to the thread. This process ensures excellent anti-vibration resistance for all applications requiring load control and reusability. Anti-vibration nylon thread locking is effective regardless of whether the fastener is fully seated or not, making it ideal for applications where subsequent adjustments are required.
TUFLOK, ESLOK Blue and Red Nylon Patch 360
This anti-vibration thread-locking system provides full circumferential coverage (around the entire thread) and is suitable for applications that require repeated use of high-pressure sealing against liquids or gases.
