Metal surface treatment
We offer non-electrolytic galvanising using zinc microlamellas, ensuring high anti-corrosion protection with a minimal coating thickness. This method of galvanising complies with EU legislation (EU Directive 2000/53/EC) on the prohibition of the use of heavy metals (Pb, Ni, Cd, Hg, hexavalent chromium) in the automotive industry, valid from 1 July 2007. All global car manufacturers already have this surface treatment in their standards.
